Available delivery to all areas in Bahrain,

Delivery charge is 1.500 BHD

We accept cash on delivery (only in Bahrain), BenefitPay, online payment 

Delivery will be arranged once the order is confirmed, for any orders comes after 1 pm, delivery will be arranged for the next day.

    • (Bahrain) For local orders are processed during the day time for orders thats came before 1 pm (excluding weekends and holidays)

 

    • (GCC) All orders are processed within (1-3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • delivery estimates will be provided based on the selected shipping method.
    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
  1. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates). Please contact us if your country is not listed, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
  1. Shipping Carriers:
    • We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure reliable and timely delivery. For Bahrain delivery we use SMSA Express for GCC and international.
  1. Shipping Restrictions:
    • Some items may have specific shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors.
  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

    • Glowin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
